We're looking to hire an experienced ruby developer who is excited by the challenge of building a game with millions of users playing around the world. You will be closely involved in decisions about the game, how the mechanic and play experience can be delivered most effectively and making recommendations on performance improvements across the full stack. Ideally you have: The ability to prototype rapidly and iterate on new features, a passion for designing and building systems to scale, excitement for building and playing games (we play a lot of games) and some experience with Android / iOS development.
We're looking for an experienced iOS developer with an interest in games to join the team. You're role would be as client side developer working alongside the rest of the techncial team. We're leading with iOS so you would be involved in all the inovation and iteration involved in the process. We are looking for someone with experience working in native applications on iOS devices, ideally objective C. Ideally you would also have some experience with mapping platforms, PostGIS based products and an understanding of server side technologies such as Ruby.
We’re looking to hire a data scientist to help design and implement models and algorithms for improving player experience. The role will involve working with the team to put those models into production. You will apply predictive modeling and Data Mining techniques. You will work closely with the team to design, test and implement statistical models and design new gameplay experiments. Ideally you have a degree inComputer Science, Maths or Statistics and experience with some or all of the following: data mining, predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, computational analytics, econometric modeling.
In the medium term we'll be looking for someone to join the team and lead on big decisions about architecture and performance. You would be working closely with the game design and development team to maximise performance, uptime and reliability of our ecosystem, whilst ensuring we are able to remain flexible to user needs as they arise.
